Last revised: October 8, 2026

Welcome to The Couples Cure. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of couplescure.com and its consultation-booking features.

Please read these terms before using our website or scheduling a consultation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of couplescure.com (the "Website"), operated by Monika Hoyt Coaching Services, LLC, doing business as The Couples Cure ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

These Terms govern use of this Website. Separate enrollment agreements, service contracts, and applicable policies govern any coaching programs or other paid services you purchase from the Company.

2. Eligibility

This Website and its consultation-booking services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Marriage Breakthrough Sessions

The Website allows eligible visitors to request a free Marriage Breakthrough Session, a 60-minute consultation conducted remotely through Zoom.

The purpose of the consultation is to discuss relationship concerns, explore possible next steps, and determine whether the Company's services may be appropriate for your circumstances.

By requesting an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact and scheduling information and to participate respectfully and in good faith.

The Company may determine that a consultation or program is not appropriate for a particular situation. Appointment availability and scheduling are subject to change.

There is no charge for the Marriage Breakthrough Session and no obligation to purchase a coaching program.

If the Company's services appear appropriate, the consultation may include information about available paid coaching programs. Participation in any paid program is voluntary and subject to a separate agreement.

4. Educational and Coaching Services

The Company provides relationship coaching, educational resources, and related programs designed to help individuals and couples develop healthier relationship patterns.

The content on this Website and information shared during a Marriage Breakthrough Session are educational and coaching-oriented.

They do not constitute medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, emergency intervention, or a substitute for appropriate mental health care.

Although Monika Hoyt is a licensed clinical social worker, use of this Website or participation in an introductory coaching consultation does not, by itself, establish a therapist-patient relationship.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, immediate danger, domestic violence, or a situation requiring specialized professional intervention, seek appropriate qualified assistance or emergency services.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Relationships are complex, and individual circumstances vary.

The Company does not guarantee that participating in a consultation or coaching program will save a marriage, prevent divorce, change another person's behavior, or produce any particular outcome.

Testimonials and examples presented on the Website describe individual experiences and are not guarantees or predictions of future results.

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions concerning your relationship.

6. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the text, graphics, photographs, branding, logos, videos, educational materials, and other original content displayed on this Website are owned by the Company or used with appropriate permission.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view Website materials for lawful personal, noncommercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or publish substantial portions of our Website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
